For on-premises deployments, all data remains entirely within your infrastructure. We do not collect any telemetry or usage data from self-hosted installations.

We use your data to provide and improve the Calleague platform, communicate with you about your account and updates, ensure platform security and prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We never sell your personal data to third parties. Your AI conversations, knowledge bases, and workflow data are never used to train external models.

For cloud deployments, your data is stored in secure, encrypted databases with regular backups. For on-premises deployments, all data is stored entirely within your own infrastructure.

We use industry-standard encryption (AES-256) for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit.

When you connect external AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.), your prompts and responses are processed by those providers according to their own privacy policies.

For on-premises deployments with self-hosted models, no data is sent to any third party.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

You can configure your browser to reject cookies, but this may affect platform functionality.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can export your data through the platform settings or by contacting our support team.

For GDPR and KVKK compliance, you may request a complete copy of your data or its deletion by emailing info@arpanet.com.tr.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Usage logs and analytics data are anonymized after 12 months.

We implement comprehensive security measures including encrypted data storage, role-based access control, detailed audit logging, and regular security assessments.

Our platform supports SSO integration, two-factor authentication, and IP-based access restrictions for enterprise deployments.

For cloud deployments, data may be processed in data centers located in Turkey and the European Union. We ensure all transfers comply with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR and KVKK.

On-premises deployments keep all data within your chosen jurisdiction.

Calleague is designed for business use and is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
